Our providers are currently credentialed with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Iowa. We are in the process of getting on additional insurance panels. Please call our office to inquire about other insurance panels.
Please call our office to discuss hourly rates for services. Due to our contracts with insurance companies, we are not able to offer a sliding scale fee. The amount you pay for each session depends on your particular insurance; please contact your insurance company to determine your co-pay and/or rate of payment for services.
The number of sessions you will need to make meaningful progress is dependent on the length and severity of your concerns and your goals for treatment. Your insurance company may also determine the number of sessions that are covered within a specified period of time.
We do not currently have any providers in our practice that are able to write prescriptions of any kind. We are able to make referrals to other professionals with prescription privileges.
We do not have any providers who offer neuropsychological testing or assessments at this time.
